Terms of sale & right of withdrawal
These terms apply to all consumer purchases from Northpoint and follow Norwegian law, including the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Cancellation Act (angrerettloven).
01
The seller
Northpoint, Oslo, Norway. Business registration number 933 744 205. Contact: contact@launchnorway.no. Northpoint is the seller and your contractual counterpart.
02
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include 25% VAT. Shipping cost is shown before you confirm the order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments; the amount is charged when the order is placed. The order confirmation sent by email is your receipt.
03
Production and delivery
Posters are printed on demand by our European print partners. Normal production and dispatch time is 2–4 working days, with delivery in Norway typically within 2–6 working days after dispatch. Risk for the goods passes to you when the parcel is received.
04
Right of withdrawal (angrerett)
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act. The period runs from the day you receive the item. To use your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days at contact@launchnorway.no — a clear message is enough, and you may also use the standard withdrawal form from Forbrukertilsynet.
Return the item within 14 days of giving notice. You cover the return shipping cost. The item must be in essentially the same condition and quantity as received; posters should be returned rolled in a tube or in the original packaging. We refund the purchase price, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return.
Note: prints made to your own specification or clearly personalised for you are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Cancellation Act §22. Standard catalogue posters are always covered.
05
Faults and complaints (reklamasjon)
If the item is damaged, misprinted or otherwise defective, contact us with photos as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Purchases Act you may complain for up to two years after receipt (five years for items intended to last significantly longer). We cover return shipping on justified complaints and will repair, replace, reduce the price or refund the purchase.
06
Disputes
We aim to resolve everything directly. If we cannot agree, you may bring the matter to Forbrukerrådet (forbrukerradet.no) or the Norwegian Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget). Norwegian law applies to the purchase.
07
Personal data
We process name, address, email and order details only to fulfil and document your order, and share them with our payment and print partners for that purpose. Data is handled under GDPR; you may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us.
